Processor accesses on-line application and completes information and
prints Gift Letter for processing the mortgage application; 4.
All documents will be forwarded by the Fund to the closing Agent to be
signed at the closing; 5.
A fully executed package is sent by the Closing Agent to Carteret and to
the Fund; 6. Closing Agent wires donation and administration fee ($ 500.00) and wire
