  Process

1.                Processor accesses on-line application and completes information and prints Gift Letter for processing the mortgage application;

 2.     Funding Request (on-line) is made by Processor, (2-3 days prior to closing);

3.     Fund wires donation to Closer prior to closing;

 4.     All documents will be forwarded by the Fund to the closing Agent to be signed at the closing;

5.      A fully executed package is sent by the Closing Agent to Carteret and to the Fund;

6.      Closing Agent wires donation and administration fee ($ 500.00) and wire charge ($ 15.00) to the Fund.
